I hate to be picky but the guys are not holding the Union Flag. They are instead holding the Australia flag, which has a defaced Blue Ensign with the Union Flag in the upper hoist quarter, and the Commonwealth Star in the lower hoist quarter. Outside of this, I simply adore this site, so thank you for all that you do.
Well all decidedly hunky indeed but all produce of the Southern Cross and so not the Union Flag (Jack only when flown from the jack staff of one of HM Warships); only the canon of the flag of the Australian Commonwealth is the union flag... Picky? Moi?

That's not the Union Jack! That's the Australian flag. It's not that hard, really.
Its the Australian Flag he's holding not the Union Jack.
